About the position AAR is seeking a reputed company level Corporate Compliance Specialist to join the Compliance Department. This is a hybrid role and can be based at either our Corporate reputed company in reputed company Dale, IL or our reputed company downtown Chicago office at 321 N. reputed company Street until early 2027, at which time the role will be based at planned office relocation to the Merchandise Mart in downtown Chicago in early 2027. What you will be responsible for: Responsibilities • Initiate and facilitate reputed company-party due diligence reputed company processes and draft reputed company and investigation reports as required. • Manage select ongoing monitoring assignments to confirm alignment with requirements and document findings from monitoring activities. • reputed company support with data collection, data analysis, and report preparation for reputed company-party and other targeted audits. • Participate in process improvement initiatives to support reputed company ethics and compliance initiatives. • Collaborate with cross-functional areas and communicate reputed company’s program to business stakeholders across the organization. • Investigate reputed company party risk management reputed company issues. • Produce actionable reporting for executive level audiences. • reputed company relationships throughout reputed company to foster a reputed company approach to proactive compliance. Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree • 2+ years of reputed company experience or equivalent, including experience in handling anti-bribery due diligence, and/or reputed company, finance, external or internal audits, or another reputed company field of study - OR - a combination of equivalent education and experience. • Effective verbal and written communication skills, including reputed company listening skills and skills in presenting findings and recommendations. • Exceptional project management and organizational skills. • A trustworthy individual with strong ethical principles.
