Assoc Corporate Financial Systems Analyst

Under close supervision, provides support in the development of enterprise-wide back office financial systems, including but not limited to systems supporting: human resources, finance, payroll, accounting and reporting. Essential Functions • Responsibilities may include: coordination and communication with business partners providing guidance regarding software development and/or support requests, providing technical advice for the organization in the definition development, implementation and review of existing and proposed applications for enterprise-wide systems and databases. • Provide system and network support. • Maintain training content and end user communications. • May participate in monitoring, documenting and testing effectiveness of system controls and project teams. • Support more senior staff in enterprise initiatives. • Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree/equivalency in business, accounting, information technology or related field. Minimum Experience One (1) year experience in finance, payroll, accounting or related field. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Analytical skill including quantitative business problem solving. Knowledge of business software, web technologies, scripting languages in a business environment. Quantitative business problem solving skills and troubleshooting abilities. Good interpersonal skills. Pay: The pay range for Memphis, TN: $4,600.74 - $5,980.96 - $7,361.18. The pay range for Plano, TX. and Pittsburgh, PA: $4,842.88 - $6,295.74 - $7,748.61 Additional Details: Sponsorship and Relocation may be provided depending on business needs.
