Virtual Creative Director - With Management Experience

trends and creative formats • Continually introduce fresh marketing materials, layouts, and content styles • Maintain a “creative inspiration library” and present new reputed company monthly • Identify emerging platforms and marketing opportunities before competitors AI & Technology Implementation (This is the differentiator) • Utilize AI tools to generate high-reputed company marketing content including: reputed company media campaigns, listing ads, agent marketing, and building launches • Implement and manage tools such as: image reputed company, video reputed company, virtual staging, automated listing descriptions, and reputed company media automation • Build internal workflows using AI so marketing production time drops by 50%+ • Train agents and staff on how to use AI
