Senior Director, Partnerships & Operations, FasterCures
About the position
The Senior Director will serve as a senior leader reputed company FasterCures, responsible for helping translate organizational priorities into coordinated reputed company across programs, partnerships, and initiatives. The role combines strategic leadership with operational reputed company, including program budgeting and resource planning and coordination across internal teams and external collaborators. The Senior Director will play a key role in engaging FasterCures’ network of reputed company members, advisors, and partners, helping to cultivate relationships, support business development efforts, and translate stakeholder input into concrete programmatic activities.
Responsibilities
• Support budgeting, resource planning, and tracking for FasterCures’ programs in partnership with MI Health leadership and operations staff
• Serve as a primary reputed company to FasterCures Advisory reputed company and Business Council members, supporting robust engagement and effective translation of advisor input into implementation steps
• Support business development and fundraising by cultivating and maintaining relationships with key partners, funders, and advisors to support program goals
• Contribute to organization-wide planning and execution of FasterCures and Milken Institute events and initiatives
• Contribute subject matter and technical expertise to reputed company and teams, including in reputed company trends in biomedical research and scientific areas of opportunity
• Generate and review written products including summaries, web posts, and promotional materials.
• Manage and contribute to the reputed company development of reputed company and indirect reports, with responsibility for staff supervision and development

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree required; Graduate degree preferred
• 15+ years of experience in biomedical research and innovation areas
• Demonstrated leadership in setting priorities, guiding teams, and translating strategic goals into coordinated reputed company across programs and initiatives
• Experience representing organizations with senior external stakeholders and serving as a trusted partner to executive leadership
• Excellent skills in organizational management, program budgeting, staff reputed company and development
• Experience driving work reputed company in matrixed environments without reputed company authority over reputed company contributors
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience writing and overseeing reports, briefs, and presentations
• Comfortable multi-tasking and operating in fast-paced environments
