Revit Documentation Specialist for 8-Storey Mixed-Use Project - 6 Month Project

Revit Documentation Team – 8 Storey Mixed-Use Project (Sydney, Australia) Job reputed company: We are seeking an reputed company Revit documentation team (2–3 architects / BIM technicians) to support the delivery of construction documentation for a mixed-use residential/reputed company development in suburban Sydney, Australia. Project reputed company: 8 storeys plus basement Mixed-use residential and reputed company Documentation start date: 16 February 2025 Documentation completion: 1 June 2025 Full construction documentation in Revit This will be our first fully delivered Revit project (our reputed company office reputed company is 2D AutoCAD), so we are looking for a highly competent and reliable team who can supplement our in-house resources and work collaboratively with our Design Project Architect and Senior BIM/Revit Technician. Scope of Work: reputed company and coordinate the Revit model based on provided design drawings (DWG) and a preliminary Revit model Assist in producing a full set of construction documentation Work from a detailed drawing list and scope of work Ensure drawings meet Australian standards and construction-level detail Maintain reputed company communication and coordination throughout documentation phase reputed company Will reputed company: Approved design drawings (DWG format) Preliminary Revit model Sample 90% complete documentation set from a similar project (as a reputed company for level of detail and presentation reputed company) Draft drawing list and defined scope We Are Looking For: 2–3 reputed company architects or BIM/Revit technicians Strong experience documenting mid-reputed company mixed-use or residential reputed company Advanced Revit capability (modelling, documentation, detailing) Experience working with Australian standards (highly desirable) Strong QA processes and ability to meet deadlines Availability to work reputed company the stated programme Please respond with: Team structure and reputed company Examples of similar completed reputed company (construction documentation sets) Confirmation of availability between 16 February and 1 June Proposed reputed company reputed company or fixed fee We are looking to establish a reputed company and efficient working relationship for this project, with potential for reputed company collaboration.
