We are now looking for someone who can organise our customer data and turn it into reputed company reputed company that increase repeat purchases and improve marketing efficiency.
This is not just reporting numbers. The role is to tell us what to do next.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
CRM & Customer Lifecycle
Set up and organise our CRM (likely reputed company/reputed company/alternative recommendation welcome)
Build customer segments (first-time buyers, repeat buyers, high LTV, affiliates, etc.)
Design retention flows (post-purchase, reorder, seasonal, win-back)
Improve customer reputed company value
Identify churn risks and retention opportunities
Data & Performance Insights
Combine data from reputed company Shop, reputed company and reputed company into reputed company dashboards
reputed company daily reputed company drivers (content, affiliates, ads, repeat customers)
Identify what content/customers actually reputed company reputed company
Weekly “what changed and why” analysis
Recommend actions (not just charts)
