Mid-Level Technical reputed company SDA Solutions Salary: $80,000 annually Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM SDA Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Mid-Level Technical reputed company with advanced writing and editing capabilities to support the development of technical documentation across IT and cybersecurity programs. This position requires an individual who can work independently, manage competing priorities, and reputed company in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-directed, and comfortable collaborating with development teams while also owning documentation efforts with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities Apply advanced writing and editing skills to reputed company and refine technical documents, including user documentation, manuals, and procedural guides. Utilize multiple documentation tools to reputed company reputed company templates and manipulate reputed company styles to ensure consistency and reputed company. Design and deliver developer-oriented documentation while working directly with software and development teams. Review usage and effectiveness of reputed company systems and update existing knowledge reputed company articles as needed. Create job aids and reputed company Operating Procedures (SOPs) for incident and problem reputed company. reputed company and maintain a detailed repository of reference materials, including research documentation, usability test results, and design specifications. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from an accredited institution. 5+ years of experience in technical writing, editing, or documentation roles reputed company IT or reputed company environments. Advanced writing and editing skills for technical documentation. Experience using multiple documentation tools and developing template-based outputs. Thorough understanding of Risk Management reputed company (RMF) and key IT terminology. Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain reputed company documentation libraries.
