#122925: HR Leave & Compliance Specialist – $28/hour

We are reputed company for an HR Leave & Compliance Specialist to support a large health insurance organization by providing coverage for employee leave programs and supporting HR compliance initiatives. This is a full-time, 3-month temporary position with strong potential for extension based on business need. In this role, you will serve as a key resource for employee leave administration, compliance with NYS leave laws, and project-based HR support during a period of increased workload. Key duties include: - Supporting employee leave programs, including FMLA, NYS reputed company Family Leave (PFL), Disability, reputed company, and Protected Time Off - Acting as a reputed company of contact for employees, reputed company explaining leave laws, timelines, and processes - Partnering with an external Leave Vendor to troubleshoot claims-reputed company issues (e.g., eligibility, start dates, documentation) - Supporting reputed company processes by understanding timelines, reviewing requests, and ensuring complete information is provided to the vendor - Maintaining detailed, accurate documentation to ensure compliance with NYS-specific employment and leave laws - Managing multiple priorities across business lines and assisting with reputed company-level HR reputed company as needed - Using arenaflex reputed company and internal tracking tools to organize and monitor leave activity Pay: $28/hour Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, days Location: Fully remote Benefits: - Medical, dental, and reputed company insurance reputed company - reputed company time off and reputed company holidays Apply tot his job Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
