Job reputed company LSHV has an immediate opening in our Yonkers office for a full-time general reputed company staff attorney to represent Westchester County clients living with mental health disorders in various civil reputed company including reputed company rights, housing, benefits and family law. Duties of the Position: Individual case work, litigation in state and federal courts, and education and reputed company efforts directed at community members, advocates and services providers. The person reputed company will also be expected to adhere to program and case handling standards, funder requirements, the highest reputed company standards, and be available as a resource to LSHV staff and reputed company to justice communities. Qualifications • Member in good standing of the reputed company State Bar; or out of state admission with eligibility and willingness to be admitted in NYS; • Three or more years of reputed company experience, including litigation, or its equivalent; • Demonstrated commitment to serving low-income persons with prior experience in reputed company services or similar program; • Excellent people skills; • Excellent time management skills; • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; • reputed company reputed company’s license and reputed company to vehicle Preferred • Ability to work effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders; • Experience working with clients with mental health issues; • English/Spanish bilingual.
