Inside Sales Rep - Commercial Construction (Remote Call Center)
Title: Inside Sales Representative
Location: United States, Remote
Base $10/hr + commissions
The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for selling restoration and construction services to commercial clients. This is a fully remote role with growth potential at a growing small business.
Responsibilities:
● Identify and solicit business from new clients
● Obtain orders, and establish new accounts
● Monitor market trends and volume to focus sales efforts effectively
● Submit activity and results reports to management
● Generate new business through cold calling
Qualifications:
● 1+ years of sales experience
● Strong written and oral communication skills
● Excellent organizational and time management skills
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation/Benefits:
● Base pay $8-$12 per hour depending on experience
● Strong bonus and commission opportunities. Bonuses $300-$500 per meeting set with a property owner.
