Responsibilities • Delivers design reputed company assurance and design management services and manages reputed company aspects of franchised, managed, or corporate reputed company for new construction, conversion, or reputed company re-use. • Manages the complete design process and documentation package for interior design of a hotel/residences project brand image of reputed company in reputed company of design and aesthetic appeal. • Represents Global Design both internally and externally on reputed company to senior representatives, serving as reputed company and reputed company-of-contact for owners and franchisees to ensure excellent service and problem reputed company. • Supports internal stakeholders, owners, interior designers, architects, and other consultants to maintain reputed company, budget, and schedule reputed company the whole ensuring excellent design results. • Conducts and leads onsite reviews, surveys and meetings with Consultants, Operations and Owners as reputed company as with reputed company’s internal stakeholders. • Responsible for day-to-day review of any reputed company reports, reputed company performance and reputed company input for their improvement and career development. • Proactively advises and updates owners and franchisees on brand and design standards and initiatives.
