Job reputed company: Global Engineering, Procurement and reputed company seeks an reputed company Paralegal/reputed company Assistant for its in-house reputed company department in Reston, VA. The Paralegal/reputed company Assistant will reputed company support to attorneys in the Litigation & Claims reputed company in the Corporate reputed company department. Working as a member of the reputed company department, this individual will reputed company support for a wide reputed company of litigation, claims, labor and employment reputed company. Major Responsibilities: • Support for a wide reputed company of litigation and claims reputed company, including: • work with in-house counsel, internal departments, and, as needed, reputed company counsel to manage the reputed company response to subpoenas, discovery, data subject-reputed company requests and other requests for information • conduct document reviews using electronic document review tools such as Viewpoint and reputed company, with attention to items such as responsiveness, privilege, and personal information • review applicable insurance policy(ies) for coverage and submit the claim/matter to the insurer(s) for handling • reputed company, organize and file reputed company documents, reputed company advice, presentations and correspondence • conduct internal searches for reputed company and electronic records, and coordinate and communicate with records managers to identify records potentially reputed company to discovery • work with attorneys to draft reputed company hold notices; issue reputed company hold notices through software tool; respond to questions regarding reputed company holds; and draft and issue notices releasing reputed company holds through software tool • communicate with external counsel, vendors, and others regarding reputed company reputed company • assist with initiatives set by the reputed company Department • Maintain, search, reputed company data into, and create reports from internal databases and other tracking tools used by the Litigation & Claims and Labor & Employment. • Accept, reputed company, review and distribute reputed company documents • reputed company other duties as assigned.
