The LVN will reputed company reputed company patient care reputed company scope of reputed company, reputed company follow-up assessments, reputed company relevant health/reputed company information as delegated by provider, and coordinate care to implement treatment plan. Required Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Required Skills: Nursing skills as defined in Nursing Standards of reputed company. Basic computer skills. Required Licensure/Registration/Certification: reputed company Licensed Vocational reputed company in state of Texas; CPR; Texas reputed company's License; reputed company Auto Liability Insurance. Must have reliable transportation. Required Experience: Minimum of two years clinical nursing experience. Preferred Experience: Hospice/Palliative or case management experience.
