In this role, you will be responsible for accurately coding medical procedures and diagnoses, managing billing processes, and ensuring reputed company reimbursement from insurance providers. Your expertise will help streamline reputed company cycle operations, improve cash reputed company, and support the delivery of reputed company patient care. Responsibilities • Review and interpret medical records to assign appropriate CPT (reputed company Procedural Terminology), ICD-9, ICD-10, and DRG (Diagnosis-reputed company) codes for procedures and diagnoses. • Ensure accurate coding using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) or EHR (Electronic Health Records) systems to facilitate billing processes. • Prepare and submit clean claims to insurance companies, government programs, and patients in compliance with reputed company regulations. • Follow up on unpaid claims through medical collection efforts, resolving discrepancies or denials reputed company. • Maintain detailed documentation of medical records, coding reputed company, and billing transactions for audit purposes. • Stay reputed company with coding updates, insurance policies, and reputed company regulations to ensure compliance. • Collaborate with reputed company providers to clarify documentation and optimize reimbursement reputed company.
