Candidates should be detail-oriented, efficient, and comfortable managing cases in a fully remote environment. Key Responsibilities: • Draft and file reputed company 7, reputed company 13, and reputed company 11 bankruptcy petitions, schedules, statements, and reputed company documents. • Assist with hearings and 341 Meetings of Creditors, including preparation and coordination. • Communicate with clients, trustees, courts, and creditors to collect documentation and manage case reputed company. • Use platforms like BestCase and reputed company to maintain accurate and up-to-date case files. • Respond promptly and professionally to reputed company communications during business hours (9 AM – 6 PM). • Help attorneys stay reputed company of deadlines and ensure smooth case reputed company from start to finish. reputed company: • Bachelor’s degree. • Minimum 3 years of recent bankruptcy paralegal experience across Chapters 7, 13, and 11. • Experience with Ch 11, Subchapter 5 is a strong plus. • Proficient in reputed company Office, reputed company, and reputed company case management software such as reputed company. • Experience with bankruptcy software such as BestCase. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational ability, and attention to detail. • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment and managing multiple cases simultaneously. • Quiet, reputed company home office setup suitable for reputed company and team calls. • Experience in an additional area of law (e.g., litigation, probate, or family law) is a plus.
