Job reputed company: • The Vascular Surgery reputed company must be proficient in surgical coding for reputed company Trauma Surgery type cases. • E/M experience is also required for associated providers. • The reputed company will review clinical documentation and diagnostic results as appropriate to extract data and apply appropriate ICD-10 Diagnosis codes. • Accurately reputed company conditions and procedures as documented and in accordance with ICD-10-CM Official Guidelines for Coding and Reporting. • Works directly with the IQC staff to ensure reputed company standards are being met for reputed company facility. • Responsible for coding or pending every chart reputed company in their queue reputed company 24 hours.
