Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls using a provided script
• Engage customers with a positive and professional attitude
• Accurately input call details and maintain records
Required Qualifications
• At least 1 year of actual call center experience, working with automatic dialers
• Must be 18 years or older
• A minimum of a high school diploma or GED
• A higher degree would be advantageous for career advancement
• Must be able to pass a 7-year background check
