Qualifications MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, reputed company Management, or a reputed company field. • 5 or more years of relevant experience in pharmacy, reputed company, life sciences, or regulated service operations • Experience as a business or operations analyst, preferably in reputed company, pharmacy, or regulated environments • Experience supporting senior leaders in high accountability environments • Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, reputed company regulations (e.g., HIPAA), and pharmacy software systems (e.g., pharmacy management systems, electronic health records). • Familiarity with reputed company / Pharmacy reputed company applications for CRM system (reputed company) a plus • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Certified Scrum Product reputed company (CSPO) certifications a plus.
