Creative Product Designer & Amazon Visual Specialist (Remote) – Refined British Homeware - Contract to Hire

• ** The Role: Jack’s Gifts is creating "Refined British Homeware." We are looking for a Hybrid Creative who can elevate our brand across two stages: Product Definition and Visual Marketing. You don't need to be a structural engineer. We have factory partners for that. But you must have an impeccable eye for Materials, Colors, and Finishes (CMF) and the skills to create high-converting Amazon content. • ** Your Mission (3 Core Pillars): 1. Product Aesthetics & CMF •The Look & Feel: You define the "Soul" of the product. You specify the exact CMF (Color, Material, Finish) for our manufacturers (e.g., choosing a specific "Matte Rubberized Coating" vs. "Polished Plastic", or a "Warm Grey" Pantone). • Factory Direction: You create clear Design Briefs & Tech Packs (Mood boards, Reference images, Material specs) to guide our factory engineers. You review samples to ensure the quality matches your vision. • Note: You do NOT need to draw structural die-lines (CAD), but you must be able to sketch concepts to show the factory what we want. 2. Amazon Listing Visuals (High Conversion) • Image Editing: You are a master of Photoshop. You take raw photos (from our photographers) and composite them into High-Converting Infographics and Lifestyle images. • Visual Strategy: You ensure the Main Image pops on mobile, and the A+ Content tells a cohesive, premium brand story (The White Company vibe). 3. Video Editing (Motion) • Editing: You are proficient in Premiere Pro / After Effects. You will edit raw footage provided by our photographers into engaging 15-30s Amazon Videos and Social Media clips (Reels/TikToks). • Scope: You add text overlays, music, and transitions to make the video "sell" the product features effectively. Preferred Skills (Bonus): • 3D Rendering: Ability to use Blender/Keyshot to visualize products before sampling is a HUGE plus. • Structural Knowledge: Understanding basic packaging structure (die-lines) is a plus. Who You Are: • Aesthetic Expert: You understand the "Modern British Home" style. Minimalist, clean, and premium. • Commercial Mindset: You design to SELL, not just for art. You understand Click-Through Rate (CTR). • Tool Stack: Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Ps, Ai, Pr/Ae). How to Apply: • Portfolio Requirement: You MUST attach a portfolio showing: 1.
