This role focuses on accurate HCC risk adjustment coding, provider education, and collaboration with clinical teams to improve documentation reputed company and compliance across Medicare Advantage, ACO, and reputed company populations. This is a remote position with quarterly travel to provider offices reputed company Virginia.
