**What You'll Do**
As a remote customer service representative, you'll be responsible for:
* **Connecting with veterinary facilities**: Arrange prescription approvals, resolve client issues, and explain order requests via phone and email.
* **Data entry and order processing**: Accurately enter prescription information into our healthcare software and process orders in a timely and efficient manner.
* **Client communication**: Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.

**What You'll Need**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* **2+ years of experience** in a customer-facing or healthcare setting.
