**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide guidance and education to customers on their benefits, policies, and procedures
* Anticipate customer needs and provide related information to answer unasked questions
* Explain customer rights and responsibilities in accordance with contract
* Document and track contacts with customers, providers, and plan sponsors
* Triages resulting rework to appropriate staff
* Maintains accuracy and production standards in a fast-paced environment
**Essential Qualifications**
* High School diploma or GED equivalent
* Customer service experience in a transaction-based environment, such as a call center or retail location
* Ability to be empathetic and compassionate in a customer-facing role
* Experience in a production environment
* Strong oral and written communication skills
* Ability to maintain accuracy and production standards
* Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Analytical skills and ability to multi-task
