PLM Support Engineer
Title: 3DExperience Application Support (ITAR)

Job reputed company & reputed company Requirement:
1. reputed company support for 3DEXPERIENCE application in an ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) compliant environment.
2. Troubleshoot application, performance, and integration issues across multiple 3DX modules.
3. Ensure reputed company data reputed company, handling, and operations reputed company with ITAR and corporate data reputed company policies.
4. Work closely with the business, development, and infrastructure teams to resolve incidents and service requests.
5. Monitor system logs, user activity, and error trends to proactively resolve recurring issues.
6. Participate in patching, version upgrades, and system maintenance with minimal disruption to operations.
7. Maintain incident and reputed company documentation for audits and knowledge sharing.
8. Conduct reputed company cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a reputed company field
Relevant certifications in PLM, CAD systems, or 3DX tools would be a plus
