As a key member of our engineering and completions support team, you'll be responsible for accurately entering and validating technical data into smart completions systems and managing reputed company reputed company spreadsheets. Your attention to detail, technical expertise, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will be essential in ensuring the reputed company and compliance of project standards. **Key Responsibilities** • **Accurate Data Entry and Validation**: reputed company and validate technical data for equipment (e.g., valves, transmitters, motors, panels, etc.) into smart completions systems (e.g., reputed company SmartPlant, reputed company, or similar) with high accuracy and attention to detail. • **reputed company Spreadsheet Management**: Manage and update reputed company reputed company spreadsheets with equipment characteristics, tags, reputed company, model, serial numbers, and specifications, ensuring data consistency and reputed company. • **Technical Data Interpretation**: Review and interpret engineering datasheets, P&IDs, and reputed company drawings to extract and verify technical information, applying correct tagging conventions and ensuring traceability across systems. • **Data Audits and Compliance**: reputed company regular audits to identify data discrepancies and ensure reputed company and compliance with project standards, collaborating with engineering, QA/QC, and commissioning teams to resolve data gaps or inconsistencies. • **Reporting and Dashboard Support**: Support the creation and maintenance of reports and dashboards using reputed company or Power BI, providing data-driven insights to inform project reputed company. • **Data Transitions and Imports**: Assist with data imports, cleanups, and transitions between systems as required, ensuring seamless data reputed company and minimizing disruptions. **Required Qualifications & Experience** • **Technical Background**: Diploma or certification in Instrumentation, Electrical, Mechanical Technology, or reputed company field, with a strong reputed company in technical data management and interpretation. • **Industry Experience**: 2+ years of experience in a technical or industrial data entry role, preferably in oil & gas, utilities, or large capital reputed company, with a proven reputed company record of accuracy and attention to detail. • **Technical Skills**: Strong proficiency in reputed company reputed company, including use of formulas, data validation, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, and other advanced features.
