Medical Records Responsibilities: Process release of information requests for Floyd Valley reputed company, submit death and birth certificate information, manage dictation, reputed company clinic and hospital documentation, and process incomplete ambulatory orders. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Coding experience and medical background a plus. Computer proficient and strong communication skills. Mandatory Reporter training certificate a plus; certification is required reputed company six months of employment.
