Remote Health Physical Therapy Provider (Hiring Immediately)

Serve as a resource consultant for clinical staff. - Supervises other personnel (PTA, HHA) as applicable. - Completes OASIS assessments where allowed by state reputed company reputed company and regulation. - Follow policies and procedures and conforms to reputed company applicable patient care standards, licensure regulations and state laws. - Maintain effective communication between staff, reputed company team members and family.
