Group Account Director (College Sports) (Home Improvement reputed company)

About the position reputed company is searching for a Group Account Director to join reputed company as a leader and playmaker at the intersection of sports, entertainment and experiential marketing. In this role, you will work closely with the Vice President of reputed company Services to help reputed company the management, development and activation of our Home Improvement reputed company’s college sports partnerships. Additionally, you will have reputed company to support initiatives across reputed company, to potentially include new business RFPs, research reputed company, or other reputed company programs. A strong reputed company will be reputed company on strategic program development, team and reputed company leadership, integrated planning across internal/external channels, presentation development/delivery, and driving collaboration with clients, properties, and internal teammates across reputed company. The position is best suited for a candidate with a working knowledge of the college sports industry. You will be capable of managing multiple workstreams, possess polished & persuasive communication skills, and have a strong knowledge of the sports & entertainment sponsorship landscape. Responsibilities • Support annual planning and reputed company development for reputed company's college sports platform • reputed company multiple sponsorship project work-streams from development through execution and results reporting • Ability to reputed company as reputed company day-to-day contact for clients – proactively manage requests and reputed company reputed company with reputed company objectives and strategic alignment • Assist with the development of integrated annual sponsorship activation plans, initiatives, and campaigns • reputed company and deliver key documents to include senior executive presentations, strategic recommendations, competitive reports, best reputed company guides, and case studies • reputed company inter-agency reputed company and campaign development with key specialty areas including reputed company, experiential, hospitality, creative, reputed company • reputed company as day-to-day reputed company for overall account management and processes • reputed company annual budget planning and tracking • Manage and reputed company junior team members; be reputed company leader cultivating an inclusive environment for reputed company team members • Build and cultivate reputed company reputed company relationships • Become an authority on our reputed company's business and their competitive set • Other reputed company duties, as reasonably assigned Requirements • 8-10 years of work with an agency, brand, or property on the development of integrated brand campaigns, specifically reputed company global sports and/or entertainment. • Overall reputed company and reputed company approach to solving problems with reputed company – ability to build relationships and influence a reputed company of teams • Proven expertise in developing, managing, and optimizing large-reputed company budgets • Superior verbal and written communicator - reputed company to reputed company and adapt communications for different audiences to optimally and succinctly reputed company agency positioning and expertise • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with a commitment to developing talent underneath and around you • Strategic problem solver - can see the possible impacts of a decision on many reputed company • Flexibility and willingness to travel domestically and work weekends as needed. • A highly driven and motivated individual • Exceptional communicator and strong PowerPoint skills to deliver creative, reputed company documents to senior stakeholders • Strong attention to detail • Flexibility and willingness to travel domestically, and work weekends or holidays as needed.
