What you will be doing: The ecommerce Email Retention Manager will manage every aspect of our DTC eCommerce email and SMS communications working closely with our Home & Outdoor DTC, Digital Marketing, Brand Marketing, and external email marketing agency Teams. The ideal candidate for this role will exhibit thought leadership around acquisition, retention, automations, journeys, and best in class CRM database management.
