As we continue to grow and evolve, we're seeking talented individuals like you to help shape our company's future. **The Opportunity** As a Virtual Customer Service Representative I, you will be responsible for participating in high-volume outbound and inbound call campaigns, responding to customer questions, and providing empathic support to students and families. You will work closely with our team to ensure that customers receive the highest standards of customer service.
