**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and data entry support to patients and healthcare professionals. You will work in a fast-paced call center environment, handling high-volume customer calls, and entering patient and medication data into our pharmacy systems. You will also be responsible for resolving customer complaints, answering questions, and providing information about arenaflex's products and services.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare professionals via phone, email, and chat
* Enter patient and medication data into our pharmacy systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with HIPAA regulations
* Handle high-volume customer calls, resolving complaints, answering questions, and providing information about arenaflex's products and services
* Investigate and resolve missing medication data, deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes)
* Settle all data entry-related exceptions, working closely with senior-level staff as needed
* Provide support to pharmacists, both in-store and remotely, identifying and escalating issues as necessary
* Maintain a working knowledge of arenaflex's pharmacy systems, policies, and procedures
* Meet productivity and quality standards, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and data accuracy
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
* Basic computer skills, including:
+ Starting and closing a computer
+ Using a mouse to point and click
+ Starting and closing programs
+ Switching between programs
+ Saving files
+ Printing documents
+ Accessing data online
* Basic web browsing skills, including:
+ Opening a web browser
+ Typing URLs in the address bar
+ Using a search engine
+ Bookmarking a website
+ Navigating using back/forward/stop buttons
+ Completing online forms
* Basic keyboarding skills, including:
+ Typing at least 25 words per minute (WPM)
+ Typing by memory
+ Organizing files
* Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
* 18 years or older
**Preferred Qualifications**
* At least 1 year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment
* At least 1.5 years of pharmacy experience with a declaration/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacies or broadly recognized certification agency
* Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction
* Intermediate to advanced keyboarding skills, including:
+ Typing at least 35 WPM
+ Typing by memory
+ Organizing files
* Familiarity with Spanish and English
