Location: Columbus, Ohio Work Arrangement: Onsite (5 Days Per Week) Employment Type: Contract Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Adminto join our Medicaid ITS Team. In this role, you will serve as the primary resource for triaging, analyzing, and resolving tickets within our in-house Salesforce applications. You will be responsible for configuration changes, building complex dashboards/reports, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to troubleshoot solutions that support agency-wide operations. Key Responsibilities • System Maintenance: Monitor and support current Salesforce applications; perform proactive maintenance, security reviews, and health checks. • Configuration & Development: Execute changes using Flow Builder, custom settings, and page layouts. Manage Salesforce Experience Cloud and conduct user management (roles, profiles, permissions). • Data & Reporting: Develop advanced-level customized reports and macro-driven summaries for senior management. Perform data migrations using tools like Data Loader. • Project Lifecycle: Lead aspects of the project lifecycle from design and implementation to testing and deployment. Create test plans and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT). • Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate business processes into actionable Salesforce requirements and create comprehensive documentation, including user guides and training materials. Required Qualifications • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. • Professional Experience: * 5 6 years in Information Systems operations (analysis, design, and development). • 4+ years of experience administering Salesforce platform technologies (Sales, Service, and Community Cloud). • 4+ years of experience specifically building and managing Salesforce Experience Cloud. • 4+ years of experience with Salesforce data models and data migration. • Technical Proficiency: * Minimum 3 years of experience with Data Loader, OneSpan, and Nintex DocGen. • 3+ years of experience working within SCRUM/Agile environments. • Proficiency in web services API integrations (REST & SOAP). Preferred Skills & Certifications • Active Salesforce Developer or Administrator certification. • Familiarity with Flosum and OwnBackup. • Strong analytical skills for root cause analysis and a high orientation toward customer service.
