Seasonal Administrative Assistant
A company is looking for a Seasonal Administrative Assistant - Assembly.
Key Responsibilities
• Assemble completed tax returns in Adobe format for electronic delivery
• Maintain knowledge of relevant systems and applications, including Word, Adobe, Excel, and Outlook
• File resources and documentation according to electronic retention standards and interact with internal clients professionally
Required Qualifications
• At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or professional office environment
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office products; GoFileRoom knowledge is a plus
• Proven ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work within a team on projects
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism
• Flexibility and ability to effectively gather and disseminate information
