Job Details We’re hiring a Senior Accountant to support our growing Client Accounting Services practice known for leveraging modern, cloud-based finance tools. This position plays a hands-on leadership role, owning client accounting engagements end-to-end while coaching and developing junior team members. Key responsibilities include: • Leading day-to-day accounting operations and month-end close for a portfolio of clients • Reviewing and directing the accurate and timely recording of financial transactions • Managing payroll processes and ensuring on-time execution • Overseeing completion of monthly bank and balance sheet reconciliations • Ensuring compliance with payroll, sales, and use tax reporting requirements • Administering and maintaining charts of accounts and cloud-based accounting platforms • Designing and monitoring internal controls to safeguard financial integrity • Delivering complete and accurate financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis • Creating financial analyses, KPIs, and operational reporting for clients • Preparing budgets and forecasts and maintaining them within financial systems Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
