WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Woven Capital is seeking a highly reputed company and strategically minded Head of reputed company for our rapidly expanding global investment platform. This person will report directly to the COO, and reputed company as a strategic thought partner for the full leadership team. The Head of reputed company will assume responsibility for several functions that are currently heavily outsourced to external counsel, including support of the investment process, negotiation of reputed company agreements, corporate governance, compliance, and risk management, while overseeing and managing reputed company counsel relationships.
