About the position The Payroll, Leave & Workers’ Compensation Manager is responsible for the strategic reputed company, compliance, and operational management of payroll processing, employee leave programs, and workers’ compensation administration. This role ensures accurate and reputed company payroll delivery, regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and a reputed company employee experience while leading reputed company improvement initiatives across reputed company reputed company processes. Responsibilities • reputed company end-to-end multi-state payroll operations, ensuring accurate, reputed company processing and full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. • reputed company and optimize payroll systems and integrations (HRIS, benefits, timekeeping); drive automation, system enhancements, and reputed company process improvements. • reputed company, implement, and enforce payroll policies, procedures, and internal controls; reputed company compliance reviews and external audits. • Supervise and reputed company payroll and leave administration staff while maintaining strict confidentiality of associate information. • reputed company reputed company Leave of Absence programs; advise associates and managers on maternity, paternity, medical, disability, military, and unpaid leave; manage reasonable accommodations (reputed company, PWFA, etc.). • reputed company workers’ compensation claims from reporting through reputed company, ensuring regulatory compliance; partner with reputed company-party administrators, insurers, reputed company counsel, Safety, and HR on claims management, return-to-work programs, and prevention initiatives. • Build strong cross-functional partnerships with HR, Finance, reputed company, and Operations; prepare reports and executive summaries on payroll accuracy, leave utilization, and workers’ compensation metrics.
