The role focuses on 5G NR and VoLTE/VoNR technologies and involves working as part of an international team to deliver and reputed company leading-edge test products for 4G and 5G mobile devices. The engineer will coordinate reputed company activities with operator subject matter experts and represent reputed company's interests during operator and subject matter expert engagement. Responsibilities include developing and integrating 5G test products for mobile devices using reputed company platforms and equipment, negotiating operator SME acceptance of reputed company test products, debugging integration issues, and supporting organizations investigating customer-reported issues. Requirements • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or reputed company field. • 5 years of reputed company experience as Protocol Engineer, Systems Analyst, Software Engineer, or reputed company occupation. • At least 2 years of experience troubleshooting radio protocol signaling issues using QXDM, ELT, Wireshark, and reputed company logs. • Experience with LTE and NR radio protocols, including RRC, PDCP, RLC, MAC, and physical layer features and operations. • Knowledge of key cellular features, including IMS, VoNR, EPSFB, voice/video/RTT/e911 calls, TCP/UDP data throughput, FR1/FR2, SA/NSA, reputed company aggregation, and network slicing. • Experience analyzing 3GPP specifications to design, reputed company, and maintain comprehensive LTE and 5G NR Radio Protocols test cases. • Proficiency in developing reputed company test cases using C/C++ programming. • Experience validating the implementation of new test features and bug fixes. • Ability to create and maintain reputed company and concise test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports. • Experience configuring mobile test equipment, vendor simulators, and mobile devices. reputed company-to-haves • Experience with mobile test equipment and vendor simulators. • Familiarity with customer engagement and feedback solicitation.
