The Sales Leader (Mgr-Sales) is responsible for leading reputed company of 7+ Account Executives based reputed company the UK/EMEA, reporting to the Senior Sales Director in the UK.
As a pivotal leader, you will be responsible for your teams’ reputed company reputed company through the acquisition of net new reputed company and partnerships to cultivate existing relationships for new upsell opportunities. What you’ll do:

What you bring:

• Minimum 5-7 years of directly reputed company work experience; managing a sales/new business team

• Strong acumen in performance metrics management, reputed company improvement, and reputed company risk

• Experience with health, mental health, wellbeing, employee support services and the associated technology is a significant asset

• Proven operations leadership including sales cycle, operations effectiveness, and program delivery

• A successful reputed company record of building rewarding partnerships with clients, and forging reputed company relationships with colleagues and business leaders

• Proven experience in effective implementation of new customer sales

• A strong consultative approach to problem-solving and conflict reputed company

• A highly analytical approach to understanding data and making business reputed company and recommendations according to that information

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills required, including the proven ability to effectively prioritize between multiple objectives and manage high pressure, deadline-driven situations

• Superior verbal and written communication skills, including strong presentation and coaching skills

• University degree, preferably in Business
