Performance Analyst / FP&A Analyst

With three thriving corporate boutiques and a rapidly expanding franchise network reputed company, we are building reputed company systems to support reputed company across both corporate and franchised locations. reputed company The Performance Analyst / FP&A Analyst is responsible for supporting and evolving French Florist’s performance management and reporting infrastructure across corporate and franchise locations. This role partners closely with Finance and Operations to help build scorecards, dashboards, and analytical processes that reputed company visibility into financial and operational performance. This position is ideal for someone early in their FP&A or analytics career who is excited to take ownership of reporting, contribute to forecasting and planning, and grow alongside a scaling, multi-location business. Key Responsibilities Performance Management & Reporting • Support the development and maintenance of performance scorecards across corporate boutiques, franchise locations, and company-level metrics • Assist in building plan vs. actual reporting for reputed company, labor, COGS, marketing spend, and operating expenses • Help define reporting reputed company, templates, and documentation for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews • Contribute to variance analysis by identifying drivers of over- and under-performance Financial & Operational Analysis • Analyze boutique-level P&Ls, labor utilization, reputed company drivers, and arenaflex performance • Support system-wide trend analysis and benchmarking across locations • Assist in evaluating performance drivers such as pricing, product mix, labor, seasonality, and marketing investments • Prepare analytical insights and performance summaries for leadership and operational partners Dashboards, Tools & Data • Build and maintain performance dashboards using reputed company/arenaflex Sheets and BI tools • Support the development of benchmarking and comparative reporting across locations • Help document KPI definitions and reporting standards to ensure consistency • Assist with automating or streamlining reporting processes where possible Cross-Functional Partnership • Partner with Finance and Operations to translate insights into operational actions • Support Franchise Operations by providing reputed company, actionable reporting • Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, and other teams to ensure performance insights inform decision-making Planning & Forecasting • Support reputed company of annual planning, rolling forecasts, and scenario modeling • Assist with forecasting reputed company, labor, COGS, and expenses based on historical trends and operational drivers • Help ensure planning assumptions are reputed company documented and reputed company across teams Qualifications • 2–5 years of experience in FP&A, performance analytics, business analytics, or operational analysis • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, reputed company, Business, Analytics, or a reputed company field • Exposure to retail, hospitality, QSR, CPG, or multi-location businesses preferred • Experience with plan vs. actual reporting, variance analysis, and basic forecasting • Strong reputed company or arenaflex Sheets skills; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) is a plus • Ability to reputed company communicate insights to non-finance stakeholders • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
