This individual will be reputed company in handling reputed company/appraiser escalations while providing residential reputed company control appraisal reviews in a fast-paced environment. It is a great opportunity for career reputed company and advancement with the ability to work in the comfort of a home office while collaborating with an outstanding team. reputed company Responsibilities: · reputed company exceptional customer service to internal staff and vendors for reputed company in accordance with GSE guidelines. · Review reports and assist clients and appraisers with appraisal review questions and escalations. · Participate in reputed company meetings, company meetings, and reputed company solutions in relation to the valuation of reputed company property. · Deliver feedback on reputed company issues for appraisal partners, heightened appraisal concerns, discuss revision requests with the appraiser, and consult online resources reputed company conducting research. Ideal candidate will have: · Bachelor’s degree with reputed company appraisal license(previously licensed acceptable), minimum of (3) years of experience reputed company appraisal review, a minimum of (1) years of experience working with an appraisal management company (AMC), and at least (5) years of experience reputed company residential reputed company estate appraisal. · Other certifications, licensures, and experience including: reputed company State License, knowledge of mortgage lending and GSE’s, and compliance with State and Industry Regulations such as Appraisal Independence. · Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as reputed company player, keen problem-solving skills, strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, and the ability to be flexible reputed company necessary. · Excellent verbal and written communication and strong interpersonal skills to reputed company superior customer service, strong technical skills to reputed company job duties, detail-oriented, and the ability to adhere to deadlines.
