[Remote] Broker’s Assistant – P&C Insurance

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Jonus Group is a dynamic and fast-growing insurance organization seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Broker's Assistant. The successful candidate will support a Senior Broker in managing a diverse book of business, primarily focused on binding business across multiple lines of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance. Responsibilities • Review incoming submissions and gather supplemental information • Prepare accounts for underwriting review • Issue endorsements, binders, and certificates of insurance • Support the Senior Broker in managing a book of business • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and accurate processing of accounts Skills • Minimum of 2 years of experience in wholesale brokerage, with a strong understanding of binding markets • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required • Familiarity with General Liability, Property, Inland Marine, and Excess lines of business • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and adhere to PST working hours • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Benefits • Comprehensive benefits package • 401(k) Company Overview • The Jonus Group is an insurance company specializes in full service recruiting firm that offers both direct hire and contract hire services.
