Key Responsibilities
• Deliver proactive coaching and strategic support to service departments using the Stay Smart coaching methodology
• Build strong relationships with dealer clients and reputed company virtual coaching sessions for operational improvements
• Train service leadership teams on effective use of software tools to reputed company performance and identify reputed company opportunities
Required Qualifications
• 3-5 years of experience in automotive Fixed Operations, with service manager experience preferred
• Deep understanding of dealership service operations and performance metrics
• Strong analytical reputed company with experience in data-driven insights presentation
• Proven ability to train and influence service managers and dealership leadership
• Experience using CRM and coaching tools to manage reputed company interactions
