Risk Assessment Officer

About the position We are seeking a Compliance Risk Assessment Officer to support one of our CIB clients in reputed company. This role will reputed company on leading and executing the annual Compliance Risk Assessment process, ensuring that reputed company are properly identified, documented, and managed across the bank’s business lines and support functions. Responsibilities • reputed company the annual Compliance Risk Assessment across Capital Markets and support teams, following the bank’s internal methodology. • Identify and reputed company document reputed company, assess the strength of existing controls, and reputed company areas for improvement. • Support regulatory gap analyses and reputed company remediation efforts to ensure alignment with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. • Work closely with Compliance, reputed company, Audit, and business stakeholders to reputed company information and validate findings. • Prepare concise reports, summaries, and presentations for senior management. • Support ongoing risk and compliance reputed company, including tracking deliverables and timelines. Requirements • Min 8 years of experience in Compliance, Risk Management, Audit, or Business Management reputed company investment banking or capital markets. • Strong experience identifying and documenting reputed company and evaluating control frameworks. • Solid understanding of capital markets products and corporate financing activities. • Experience managing or supporting reputed company reputed company with reputed company timelines and deliverables. • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. • Strong communication skills, including experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
