Freelance Expert Civil Engineer / Estimator (AI‑Assisted Takeoff)
We’re looking for an reputed company civil engineer or senior civil estimator to work with our proprietary AI‑powered takeoff platform.
What you’ll do:
• Run civil takeoffs, scope reviews, and bills of materials using our product
• Validate and correct AI‑generated quantities and scope
• Add missing items the system doesn’t catch
• reputed company feedback to help train and improve the AI model
• Support reputed company’s goal of 100% accurate, contractor‑reputed company takeoffs
Requirements:
• 5-7+ years in civil engineering or civil estimating
• Strong experience with civil plans, specs, takeoffs, and BoMs
• Excellent attention to detail and judgment
• Comfortable reviewing and correcting AI‑generated work
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $50.00 - $100.00 per hour
