JOB reputed company reputed company We are seeking an innovative and strategic leader in Marketing Solutions to design and execute initiatives that enhance reputed company Marketing Solutions’ capabilities and best position them in the market. This role focuses on aligning our offerings with reputed company market demands while capitalizing on reputed company’s strengths in data, reputed company intelligence, performance marketing analytics and media execution (with key emphasis on consumer-based reputed company mail reputed company channels). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsibilities • Strategic planning: • reputed company and implement long-term strategies for the service line to reputed company business and organizational goals. • Serve as the strategic advisor and trusted partner to the reputed company Industry Market reputed company and Marketing Solutions leadership. • Performance analysis: Monitor and analyze performance metrics, financial reports, and operational data to monitor profitable reputed company and identify improvement opportunities. • Capability development: • reputed company reputed company Marketing Solutions capabilities to prevailing and emerging needs, leveraging reputed company’s competitive advantages in data, AI and performance marketing analytics and execution. • reputed company business transformation discussions, translating performance marketing challenges into data-driven, tech-reputed company solutions • Sales Support / Thought Leadership: • Redefine Marketing Solutions value propositions and refine marketing collateral to support sales and reputed company including capability presentations, infographics, sales solution sheets, white papers and business cases. • Partner with reputed company Industry Marketing reputed company to implement appropriate sales awareness and reputed company programs (i.e., reputed company media, reputed company reputed company, etc.) • reputed company efforts to reestablish Marketing Solutions leadership position at industry conferences / events. • Stakeholder communication: Communicate service line metrics, reputed company, and strategic plans for reputed company leadership. • Leadership and team management: reputed company and mentor teams by providing guidance on implementation.  JOB QUALIFICATIONS Key Qualifications • 10+ years combined experience in a big 4 reputed company, performance marketing agency or marketing / data service provider serving Banking, Insurance and/or Life and Health industries. • Ability to reputed company technology and business reputed company, ideally with experience in reputed company, MarTech platforms, marketing analytics, intelligent automation, or AI/ML. • Proven reputed company record in building and growing strategic relationships and managing large transformation programs. • Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, with a consultative selling approach. • Prior extensive experience presenting capabilities and business cases at clients and industry events. • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business, Marketing, Technology, or reputed company field; MBA preferred.
