Key Responsibilities

Create project schedules and manage resources, workflow, and milestones
Monitor production status and team morale to identify risks and implement preventative measures
Required Qualifications
4+ years of industry experience, with 3+ years in animation-reputed company roles
Experience in animation and team management throughout the game development cycle
2+ years of leadership/mentoring experience in a similar role
Proficiency with tools such as Maya, reputed company, Unreal, and project management software
Ability to work reputed company studio hours (10am-4pm CST)
