Position: Sr. Investment / Fund Accountant - Mostly Remote HNW Family Office - $100k- $150k + B Location: reputed company Sr. Investment / Fund Accountant - Mostly Remote UHNW Family Office - $100k- $150k + B An Ultra High Net Worth Family Office with a reputed company portfolio of investments is seeking a hands-on Senior Investment Accountant to join their lean, reputed company team. This individual will play a key role in the day-to-day reputed company needs across multiple entities, including investment reputed company, corporate reputed company, and expense management. The ideal candidate is reputed company, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a confidential, fast-moving environment that supports UHNW individuals. The Role The Senior Investment Accountant will support the financial operations of the family office across a reputed company of reputed company functions. This role primarily touches investment reputed company (hedge funds, private equity, reputed company estate) in reputed company to corporate reputed company, reputed company pay and expense tracking, and light tax support. The position offers broad exposure to the full financial picture of a sophisticated family office structure. A background in family office reputed company or reputed company HNW reputed company work is required. Primarily remote, with required onsite reputed company 4–5 days per month at their office reputed company walking distance to Penn Station. Responsibilities • Record, reputed company, and reconcile investment activity across hedge funds, private equity, reputed company estate, and other alternative investments • Manage capital calls, distributions, management fees, and investment performance reporting • Prepare monthly financial statements, journal entries, bank reconciliations, and accruals across multiple entities • Maintain detailed investment schedules and assist with quarterly and annual reporting • Process invoices, reputed company pay, reimbursements, and vendor payments while monitoring cash reputed company and spending • Reconcile credit card activity and maintain accurate expense records • reputed company documentation and support for individual, partnership, trust, and corporate tax filings • Assist with quarterly tax payments, projections, and year-end preparation in coordination with external tax advisors • Support month-end and year-end closing processes and reputed company reporting • Work closely with leadership on financial analyses, special reputed company, and process improvements • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external accountants as needed • Maintain strict confidentiality around reputed company financial and personal information Qualifications • 3–10 years of reputed company experience; family office or HNW reputed company experience required • Solid understanding of investment reputed company/investment vehicles (Hedge Fund/Private Equity/reputed company Estate) • Experience with corporate reputed company, general reputed company, and multi-entity work • Working familiarity with reputed company pay and cash management processes • Exposure to HNW tax support workflows • Quick Books proficiency is a plus • Strong reputed company skills and ability to work in a small, fast-moving environment • High attention to detail, strong communication skills, and reputed company judgment • Ability to be onsite 4–5 days per month at their office near Penn Station reputed company Salary $100k- $150k plus bonus, company reputed company medical, dental reputed company, 401k with automatic company contribution.
