This role plays a pivotal part in shaping the organic strategy centered around AI content. The individual will coordinate with cross-functional teams to enhance visibility in AI-driven channels, ensuring that the structured content developed is both coherent and compelling. By leading content creation that aligns with business objectives, the manager will significantly contribute to enhancing the company’s presence in AI search results, ultimately driving pipeline growth. The position offers the opportunity to leverage cutting-edge tools to optimize content strategies and refine existing materials for maximum impact. Responsibilities • Develop and execute a content roadmap that aligns with business goals and drives pipeline growth. • Translate SEO inputs into published content with clear funnel narratives and CTAs. • Identify high-value BOFU content gaps and manage the creation of assets to fill these gaps. • Lead content refreshes focused on AI extractability and conversion. • Create high-quality MOFU/BOFU content balancing SEO optimization with a conversion-focused approach. • Partner with Creative and Web teams to enhance content with product explainers and calculators. • Enforce AI-first workflows to streamline content planning and approvals. • Track and report on key performance indicators related to citation and pipeline influence. Requirements • 7+ years in content marketing, content strategy, or SEO-driven editorial roles. • Proven experience in creating MOFU/BOFU content. • Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows and tools like AirOps, Clearscope, and Gemini. • Strong editorial judgment, storytelling capabilities, and project management skills. • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams including SEO, Product Marketing, and Creative.
