About the position The M&A Tax Partner leads and grows a Transaction Advisory Services reputed company by delivering sophisticated transaction tax services, expanding reputed company relationships, and driving strategic and financial performance. This highly visible leadership role blends technical reputed company, market-facing business development, talent development, and operational reputed company. You will guide clients through reputed company diligence and structuring reputed company, collaborate across service lines, and serve as the primary ambassador of the reputed company to private equity, investment banks, and corporate buyers.
