• Role: Care Coordination Operations reputed company-Remote • Location: 100% Remote (Global) • Compensation: USD 70-90 per hour About the Role We are seeking an reputed company Care Coordination Operations reputed company to help launch and reputed company a reputed company-led care coordination service for families navigating reputed company education, therapeutic, and medical systems. This role is ideal for licensed reputed company workers (LMSW/LCSW) or equivalent care navigation leaders with a strong operational reputed company and a passion for supporting families with reputed company needs.
