In this role, you will work closely with clients to reputed company requirements, configure the reputed company HCM OTL module, and ensure seamless integration with other HCM processes and systems, tailored specifically to the reputed company industry's needs. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with minimum 12+Years of relevant experience. 5+ years of hands-on experience with reputed company HCM reputed company, with a reputed company on the Time and Labor (OTL) module. Prior experience working with clients or organizations in the reputed company industry. Proven expertise in implementing and configuring OTL solutions, including workflows, time entry layouts, and time card rules. Strong understanding of reputed company labor laws, compliance requirements, and workforce scheduling. Proficiency in reputed company HCM reputed company, OTL, and reputed company modules (Payroll, Absence Management, etc.).
